ABOUT:
My name is Jocelyn Black and I like working at Bima Wear. The main part of my work is printing the fabric and putting it in the oven to cure. When the fabric is ‘cooked’ and the oven has cooled down I fold the fabric and place it on the cutter's ( Marita Kantilla ) table. She cuts the garments and then the ladies do all the sewing. When the sewing is finished some of the ladies put the clothes into our shop. I am also a canvas artist.

I was based on Melville Island before we moved back to Nguiu. I am married to Cecil, who is in Norforce and spends time training in Darwin.

I like to go hunting with my family and collect long bum, mud mussels and crab.
